If you train but also sit at a desk all day, this one’s for you.
Upper back and shoulder tension is one of the most common issues coming in to clinic at the moment - poor work from home set ups, full days sitting at a desk, and post training recovery being pushed to the side lead to a gradual build up of tension in this area.
Sports massage helps address these patterns rather than just chasing the symptoms and when used regularly can make a huge difference to pain and/or ni**le management.
Do these issues sound familiar?

PS lol that this client is literally taller than me when he’s sat down - the thumbnail for this vid makes him look like a giant

Always learning🤓 last weekend I went on a great CPD course to learn all about Assisted Stretching from
I went in with an open mind, not really sure what to expect. I left inspired and so excited to share this treatment style with people.
My experience recieving the treatment was beautiful - I left the table feeling like a noodle in the best way. It relaxed me, regulated my anxieties and I actually felt like I was giving my body the treatment it deserves for once 💁🏻♀️👸🏻
So who wants in? I think this treatment suits all -
💃🏻dancer friends who want help to get a bit deeper in to their regular stretches
🏋🏻♀️ weightlifting/crossfit friends who have specific mobility goals such as with their overhead position
🧖♀️ friends who just want to CHILL and be looked after for a while.
😁 honestly - anyone with a body!!!
For a very limited amount of appointments I will be offering this treatment at a significant discount while I find my flow. Comment “🐹” to be one of my guinea pigs!

Blŵm Dance is a brand new dance community, lead by Sophie Lorimer. Originally from Pembrokeshire, Wales, Sophie has had dance always been in her life - her mum taking ballet class all the way through pregnancy right until the the day before she was born!
Sophie's mum, Jules, is the reason Blŵm Dance exists. Jules unfortunately suffered with undiagnosed Early-Onset Parkinson's for the majority of Sophie's childhood, only being diagnosed a couple of years ago. This meant that Sophie grew up around disability and grew to have a deep understanding of the effects it can have on everyday life.
After completing her degree in Dance and Choreography at Falmouth University, and many courses that developed her community dance practice through People Dancing, Sophie realised she had many skills to offer the community dance world and has set out on a mission to deliver professional quality inclusive classes to the people of Gloucestershire.
At Blŵm Dance we are learning as we go and are always open to feedback, be it good or bad! If there's a type of dance class you really want to attend or a place you really want classes to be taught just drop us an email or a ring and we will be more than happy to try and accommodate you!
