🚨Physical signs
- Headache or feeling of pressure in the head
- Nausea or vomiting
- Balance problems or dizziness
- Blurred or double vision, or “seeing stars”
- Sensitivity to light or noise
- Fatigue, feeling sluggish or drowsy
🚨Cognitive and emotional signs
- Feeling stunned, dazed, or confused
- Difficulty concentrating or remembering
- Answering questions more slowly than usual
- Irritability, being moody, or having trouble with self-control
- Changes in personality or behavior
If you notice any of these signs don’t shrug it off - take action ASAP, as early medical assessment makes a huge difference in recovery.
