🙌🪵🏕️👨🏻‍🎓 Bushcraft Level 2 Course Completed! 👨🏻‍🎓🏕️🪵🙌

What an incredible experience alongside a lovely group to share it with.

We are now officially qualified in Level 2 Bushcraft, Survival and Wilderness Living Skills.

Thanks to all of the brilliant instructors at the Survival School for an amazing weekend in the woodland of Knightly Park in Staffordshire.

We have learned so many exciting skills that will further enhance our bushcraft experiences.

Please get in touch to build a shelter, create a fire and carve some wood with us.

What a lovely Wednesday we had! ✨

We brought Wild Rhythm to Railway Gardens with , crafting beautiful shell shakers before diving into the secret sounds of the garden.

Being able to literally "listen" to the plants with the community group was a truly grounding experience. So grateful the rain held its peace! 🙏

What a summer it's been! ☀️

We've had so much fun delivering 8 workshops for various charities and organisations, hosting sound baths and workshops at 3 different festivals, and even did a 10th birthday party 🎂

Feeling grateful for all the connections and the good vibes. Can't wait for what autumn has to offer! 👀

We absolutely loved leading a Sound Bath for the fantastic team at Neath Port Talbot Children’s Centre's staff wellbeing day! ❤️

It was a privilege to connect with these wonderful individuals and provide a peaceful oasis for them to unwind, especially as they dedicate so much of their time and energy to others. In today's busy world, creating moments for staff to de-stress and recharge is more important than ever for overall wellbeing and resilience. ✨

Today Richie from Gig Buddies Cymru spoke at the Cross Party Group on Learning Disability chaired by Sioned Williams AS/MS. The meeting was held at Welsh Parliament and on Zoom. Richie talked about his work, his love of music and his aim to go to 100 gigs this year.
We also heard from ITV Wales about how they're working to make people with a learning disability more visible in the media. They showed a video of a group of interns with learning disabilities including co-Secretary of the group Sara Pickard from Mencap Cymru. Mencap Myth Buster Michael Beynon also shared his story of owning his own business, running marathons and challenging stereotypes.
