A huge thank you to Activ People HR for having us!

We had such a brilliant time delivering a Workplace Wellbeing Lunch for the ActivPeople HR team last week. It’s always a pleasure working with organisations who genuinely value the health and happiness of their staff.

During the session, we explored:
How to set up your desk so your body isn’t fighting against you all day
The link between stress, tension and pain
Simple movement “snacks” to break up long periods of sitting

One of the highlights was measuring the team’s grip strength. It’s one of the strongest predictors of healthy ageing, and gave everyone a chance to see where they sit compared to expected values for their age group. Safe to say… there were some competitive moments!

Another year of incredible learning, connection and inspiration, and the British Chiropractic Association have once again delivered an experience, not just a conference.
