Two mates creating space for the kind of honest conversations more men need to hear — real talk about life, pressure, mental health, and everything in between.

At that’s exactly what we believe in too. Because connection is protection.

🧡 We’re a regular meetup for gay, bi and q***r men — to chat, connect and get things off your chest.
A relaxed, no-judgement space where you can turn up as you are. Somewhere to breathe out, have a conversation, meet new people and feel part of a community.
It’s not therapy and it’s not all heavy — sometimes it’s just a good chat, a laugh, and a chance to connect with others who get it.

An incredible night tonight. 22 men came through our doors, 4 for the first time. Alot of storys shared and so much support given.

It’s a relaxed space for men to talk, listen, or just sit and be around others — no pressure to share + no judgement.
You don’t need to be “in crisis”. It might be work stress, money worries, family stuff, health, football… whatever!
Or you might just fancy getting out of the house and having a chat. It all good!
If you’re feeling a bit isolated, stressed, or just want a change of scene, come along for a free cuppa ☕
No cost. Open to men of all ages. No booking needed. Just turn up and come as you are!
Meets every over Tuesday eve from 7-9 at Llanrumney Hall, Cardiff
