Tonight: Helpu LGBT Men’s Meet-Up 7pm!

A relaxed, welcoming space for LGBT men to connect, chat, and just be themselves. No pressure. No judgement. No awkward icebreakers.

It may be the end of the year, but xmas marks the start to filming a new fly-on-the-wall doc from HelpuCymru about their new initiative to open a new well-being hub in the middle of the Welsh valleys. The Marauders Men's Health are a South Wales men’s group offering free weekly walks and occasional social events designed to boost health, wellbeing, and connection. Men join for many reasons, but stay for the community — walking, talking, discovering new places, and building friendships.

A Men’s Mental Health Group run by Help Cymru takes place at Llanrumney Hall every other Tuesday at 7pm. It is a friendly, relaxed space for men to come together, enjoy conversation, and support one another. Free to attend, with tea and coffee provided, and no pressure to speak.

HELPU’s men’s meet-up is on tonight at Llanrumney Hall Community Trust 7pm. It’s a relaxed, friendly space for men to talk, listen, or just sit and be around others — no pressure to share, no judgement.
If you’ve been feeling a bit isolated, stressed, or just fancy a chat and a change of scene, come along. You’ll be met at the door, made welcome, and there’s a free cuppa waiting
Open to men of all ages.
