❤️ We Need Your Help for Our Pen y Fan Santa Trail! 🎅✨❤️

Calon Hearts, Wales’ leading heart charity, is organising a special fundraising Santa Trail climb at Pen y Fan on Sunday 30th November at 11am — and we’re reaching out to our amazing community for support.

We are looking for additional mountain leaders or stewards who can help keep our walkers safe on the day.

With over 200 incredible supporters taking part, your guidance would make a huge difference. We are very happy to pay for this support.

We also warmly welcome volunteers who would like to be involved — your help, big or small, truly makes a difference. ❤️

For over 13 years, Calon Hearts has been working tirelessly to provide heart screenings, life-saving defibrillators, and vital cardiac awareness across Wales.
