Thank you to all who attended our little retreat yesterday and yes the weather was kind to us , and even some friendships formed too .
We were in awe of the beauty of the place , but what about our inner beauty?
Another retreat will be an "urban retreat" so we can practice bringing some of that great peace and calm we felt yesterday into a more busy and fast paced environment.
For those who came , can you practice the tools I showed you in the morning part of the retreat ?
Look forward to seeing some of you soon - we will probably have another garwnant retreat before the urban one .... to help you to practice
