I see a LOT of transplant clients regularly. It’s a misconception that these are “failed” transplants, the truth is that transplants just can’t give enough density to bring strong results. With this particular client the ongoing maintenance and styling to cover up the thin patches was just getting too much. So we had a lot of FUE scars to cover and density to add all over after taking the hair length down. Finally we have a full, complete, manageable result that actually DELIVERS with a punch! 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼

I wouldn’t quite consider this to be density work but some clients have enough of an existing framework to work within that the hair doesn’t need to be shaved right down to the skin. Being open and honest about what can, or cannot be achieved is crucial. Another 1st class transformation and super happy client!💥💥💥
