Remember my business is just me: messaging clients, treatments, product orders, social media etc.
Everything is done by me so please be patient when waiting on a response

I didn’t realise that my voicemail hasn’t actually been working since changing to a new network provider, I will sort this out ASAP and my apologies to those who have been affected by this

If you have an appointment but cannot make it please let me know. I had a couple of no-shows or last minute cancellations last week which was aprox £150 in lost revenue
At the moment I am not enforcing the booking or cancellation fees to try & give everyone a break but I will re-enforce these policies if I have to

And to end on a good note the website should be up & running within the next couple of weeks🤞

Mid week facial using up the ends of some products from my treatment trolley
Generally once I’ve cut open a product it’s mine an I keep it in my bathroom till I’ve used every tiny last bit of product

Tonight’s treats are
1. Multivitamin thermafoliant uses a combination of granular & chemical exfoliation to slough away dead skin

2. Pro mask - conductive mask base to deeply hydrate & moisturise
Retail options could include skin hydrating mask or the new leave on product melting moisture mask

I then finished with:
Antioxidant hydramist
Phyto nature firming serum
Skin smoothing cream
Sound sleep cocoon

For every bespoke facial a new set of facial sponges are used
As you can see from the video they come compressed pretty much flat & expand once placed into water
Once they have been utilised in that treatment the client is given the option to take them home or I bin them.
In my opinion these sponges are not reusable in a professional treatment setting

The majority of clients choose to take them home (when I remember 🙃)
You can use them at home & even pop them in the washing machine to clean them.
But from experience I highly recommend placing sponges in a lingerie/delicates wash bag as otherwise they can can caught in the drum & disappear to potentially cause problems at some point in the future

It’s been such a fantastic first week back in work.
I had forgotten how the continued wear on masks & visors affects my skin...... so am treating my skin to Dermalogica phyto nature firming serum tonight
