🕉️ Musical Mantra meditation (kirtan) uses simple, repeated mantra to focus the mind and bring about a rare sense of peace rarely found in today’s world.

As you chant, your attention naturally settles and the mirror of the mind becomes clearer.

By returning to the sound of the mantra, you begin to move beyond mental distraction and reconnect with the deepest part of yourself - the real self, beyond the body and mind.

In that space, you start to access that deep innate wisdom and unlock more of that authentic inner happiness that is waiting within.

Come and try for yourself! This evening is laid back and welcoming, with delicious indian style dinner, drink and dessert served afterwards 📿

Then vs Now 🧱🏛️

Tŷ Krishna Cymru has made its mark here in Cardiff Bay — a meeting of deep cultural roots and modern living.

Many buildings rise and stand without leaving an impression. Tŷ Krishna was never meant to be one of them. Its purpose is to uplift, to serve, and to offer something meaningful to all who come near.

The journey to opening has not been without its obstacles. Yet through it all, a determined family of volunteers has carried the vision forward.

While there have been few visible changes in recent months, much has been happening behind the scenes — finalising plans, preparing the internal fit-out, and laying the groundwork for the next phase. Soon, we look forward to sharing the transformation as the altar, kitchen, yoga studio, and internal spaces begin to take shape.

With the external structure now complete, the focus turns inward — bringing the heart of Tŷ Krishna to life.
