Its Eclipse season and in September we have two powerful eclipses, first the blood moon eclipse on September the 7th and then a partial solar eclipse aligned with the Autumn Equinox on September 21st. Holland and Barrett are having a rebrand they have a new “flag ship” store in Queen Street, Cardiff complete with a brand new wellness studio. They have invited me to be a part of this, to bring some soul inspired Tai Chi - Qigong and Breathwork in to the city.
