Join me for a Conscious Connected Breath Journey
This group breath session falls on the full moon in Capricorn. The full moon in Capricorn brings a powerful, grounding energy that’s all about structure, responsibility, and inner strength. It is a time to go within and understand our core essence. Time to commit to finding our purpose and shedding anything that distracts us.

Conscious connected breathwork uses a dynamic breath style which can help release suppressed emotions held within our bodies, it helps us to let go of past stories that can shape the way we live today. Making space for personal growth. It allows us to reconnect with our breath our body and our true essence. Remembering who we are, connected to our true purpose.

This will be a beautiful opportunity to come together and experience the power of group healing where we all learn and grow from each other’s experiences. Lets breathe together and be bathed by the magical light of the moon.
