What to expect when you book a holistic treatment with me, Camille. Below is a list of key points of interest, key features of the environment and what you will observe ✨⚕️

• A thoughtful and considered approach to you and your needs as an individual
• An honest appraisal of how holistic therapies could assist you
• A calm, safe and neutral clinic environment
• A clean and hygienic clinic environment. You will notice all seats, couches, fixtures and fittings are easy to clean. This is essential to good hygiene measures
• A clear display of licensing from Cardiff Council
• All adults are welcome, while those under 18 years are also welcome when chaperoned by a suitable adult
• All massage sheets and couch covers are single use and biodegradable. This, again, is key to hygiene and better for them environment
• Holistic Therapies by Camille is recognised by the FHT - I am a FHT member (Federation of Holistic Therapies). My membership is clearly displayed on my website and on my social media
• There is easy access to the building, with lifts available. There is also free client parking and there is a ground floor coffee shop

This popular move of allowing the head and neck to fully relax while being fully supported has a range of benefits. The key is also to give the technique time to work for optimal benefit 🔑⌚

I know some holistic therapists rush this kind of therapeutic technique as it can begin to feel strange when nothing much appears to be happening. However, hurrying along is never a good idea in holistic approaches, and you particularly undercut the benefit of relaxing the neck and cervical spine if they are not given adequate time to let go of tension and stress 💆🏼🙏🏼
