Change, by Chloe. It’s taken us a while to post this as we have been trying to improve the audio quality. This was a speech that V21 Trainee Chloe wrote and gave at our recent AGM, which was themed around one of our core values - Change. These are Chloe’s reflections on the change V21 has made for her. It’s a long one too, by 2025 social media standards, but it’s just too good not to share (and watch until the end), and celebrate how we all positively create and embrace change at V21. Be the change.
