Meet Nia! Nia joined our 6 week course nearly a year ago as a busy wife and mum who was ready to improve her fitness and feel better in herself👏🏼�Since being with us in January, Nia has easily been our most improved member, as well as one of the most consistent and highest performing members. This along with her positive attitude and ability to help others is why we chose her to be one of our two Members Of The Year💪🏼�Plus, while weight loss wasn’t her main goal, within 8 months Nia lost 3.4kg, 8% Body Fat and 9cm from her waist!🙌🏽

Why Are We Here?
As a teenager, our owner Dave, recognised that his mum was struggling to work, look after 4 children, socialise AND exercise. Which is why he set up FitHub30. An over 30’s gym for likeminded people just like you.
A gym with so many session times it’s almost impossible to make 3 session times a week.
We get what it’s like to have to come home after a stressful day at work and have to cook for the whole family. We get that most days, you struggle to find the energy to do the things that you want to do.
So what we do is simple, we share with you a few very simple habits that can help you and lead to that life long transformation without having to go on crazy diets or spend hours in the gym everyday.
The result? A non-judgemental, happy environment for the over 30’s of Cardiff to exercise in.
