Arm balancing and inversion workshop Sat 29th, 1.00-2.30pm.
You have been doing your Hotpod flow for a while now, (yes I have been watching you), but at the end of class you look at some people doing headstand, forearmstand or handstand, and you think “that’s not for me, I don’t have the strength, flexibility or right body type to those crazy things”.
But yoga is about challenging ourselves, so we develop and evolve as a person, about exploring new territories into the unknown areas of our mind and body.
If you practice a regular Hotpod flow you already have the foundation of strength and flexibility that you need to go upside down, but what is missing is the technique and progressions to do headstands and other balancing postures, and a firm pair of strong arms to guide you into these positions, (that’s my job, I bench people for a living), you have nothing to fear, you can get a headstand for Christmas.
