Our office will be closed from 3rd April till 6th April in observance of the Easter bank holiday. Regular hours will resume promptly at 9am on Tuesday, 7th April. ⁠ ⁠

Please remember that our careline service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. This doesn’t change on holidays. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we're here for you whenever you need us.

As we prepare to celebrate the holidays, we want to ensure you're fully informed about our office hours during this special time.

Our main office will be closed for parts of the Christmas period and New Year’s Day.

- Our team will continue dispatching orders up to 24th Dec. Please note that delays may occur due to seasonal postal services, these are outside of our control.

- Our main office (for orders and general customer service) will be closed on Thursday 25th December and will reopen on Monday 29th December. It will also be closed on Thursday 1st January for the New Year holidays.

- Completed orders placed between 24th and 28th December (inclusive) will be delivered between 29th and 31st December, subject to delays felt by Royal Mail which are outside of our control.

- Completed orders placed between 31st December and 2nd January (inclusive) may take may take a little longer to be delivered.

The national move away from copper landlines to fully digital phone lines is well underway with the full switchover expected by January 2027.

While this might sound like a simple tech upgrade, there is a serious risk for anyone who relies on a traditional careline alarm. Many alarms still use the old phone lines to call for help, and when your area switches to digital, those alarms may stop working.

So if your alarm is plugged into a standard landline, there’s a chance it could fail in an emergency once your line is switched.

Our digital personal alarms don’t rely on a landline - they’re already compatible with the new network and will continue to protect you before, during, and after the switchover.

Whether you’ve heard anything from your phone provider yet or not, preparing early means your alarm will carry on doing what it’s meant to do: keeping you safe.
