too many steps /actions and including ones that are not realistic to our MoR, done all at the same time, can lead to burnout 🥵 and before we know it we’ve ditched our goal and feel like s**t

Movement, connection, challenge, daylight, learning, small goal setting, sleep and mindful practice are all BIG hitters and these are the ones that will be there for you through thick and thin not the ones that will leave you high and dry 🥰

it keep the desire to achieve the end goal alive

feeling a little plateau’d with my pull ups I’ve now given myself mini goals…honestly you don’t need to know the boring details but just that they are mini steps forward towards the end.

micro adjustments with tempo, various bands and bits and pieces 😜

so if you have a goal that’s going to take some time to get to it’s incredibly helpful to position mini goals along the way…

like lots of snacks on a road trip, just don’t eat them all at once 😬
