I’ll admit, I took a break…the autumn/winter darkness and constant rain got the better of me…

BUT I didn’t quit altogether…my focus is always getting stronger in many ways…

Riding the days as they come but always with the goal of pushing through weaknesses that make me feel ick…

Can’t hide now from these pesky pull ups .caydas 😝

Consistency is, to me….being consistent at getting back to it when we see the opportunity…

we all have those moments where things don’t go to plan, life happens, mood happens, hormones happen, kids stuff happens….house, work, family, the whole shebang and sometimes it feels it’s just one thing after the other…don’t let that stop you, even just doing one session in a week is far better than none and when you can do more just do more 😜🥰

When checking in with my Coach, Cheerleader and gorgeous friend this week, we chatted about where I am with my 3 rep max on a squat (goal is to nail 100kg still 🤪🤣)

‘Have you practiced a ‘fail’ rep?’, she asked.

‘WTF, are you mad?!?’, was my immediate response…

Like most people I hate the feeling of failure, or more to the point I anticipate that I hate the feeling of failure…and this thought, these words take up way too much space in my head and have stopped me doing so many things…

Failures can lead to big wins as long as you don’t let that failure stop you from pursuing those goals…

you have to quieten the noise from your ego, reign in that imagination that can actually be very limiting when we lose control of it…

Pregnancy Massage doesn’t have to be a soft touch, as relaxing and as lovely as it can be, sometimes, we’ll really most of the time, pregnant women need deep tissue massage to get down to the nitty gritty and ease the aches and pains experienced through pregnancy.

Manual therapy is a must and using deep tissue massage techniques at a slow pace really does work for a multitude of pregnancy symptoms…
