Fridays...
My quieter day of the week.
I'm lucky that my weeks are full, you keep me very busy, but Friday's I try and keep some time off.
Who would have thought I would be a gym go-er, I say the term loosely as it involves me panting for breath on the inclined treadmill and bike 🤣
So this post is to say, apologies to my Friday patients, this is how I roll so I won't be in my normal attire!

What's this in the sky? Sunshine?! Hooray!
The lovely weather is prompting me to remind patients to book in their summer appointments ASAP.
During the school holidays I can only offer 2-3 days of appointments per week due to childcare.
If you have specific dates/times in mind for the school holidays please get in touch soon to ensure I have availablity.
There's a few appointments left for the Easter holidays so grab them whilst you can!

As I've had some new page followers recently, I'd like to reintroduce myself 👋
My name's Jen, I'm 38 and I've been a mobile Chiropodist since I qualified in 2009.
I love my job; not just the medical side but meeting new patients and seeing those I've known for years.
I offer appointments Mon - Fri during school hours and 1 evening a week.

Here's to 2026 🎉
2025 was a hard year with me having to take time out with my dodgy gallbladder and also Callie's broken arm.
I'm forever grateful that you all keep me so busy, it's my job and I'm lucky how much I enjoy it!
Thank you for being so understanding with changing appointments, it doesn't go unnoticed!
Let's make 2026 awesome!!

I can't believe it's been so long since I last posted on here?! Well that just shows how busy you've all been keeping me!

Apologies to those I've had to cancel today; if you know me you know how much I hate cancelling but I was really poorly 😞 I will message those affected to rearrange 🫶

So the summer holidays are nearly here which means.... appointments are going to be limited I'm sorry.
My regular 4/6/8 week patients I have scheduled ahead so your next appointment is already booked in with you to guarantee a convenient slot that works for you.
For anyone looking for a summer appointment please get in touch ASAP so I can fit you in.
Once again, thank you SO much for keeping my little business super busy, I'm so grateful I get to do a job I love, meet awesome people and work it around family life. ❤️
I always try to be punctual and professional, saying this I'm super grateful for patients being flexible whilst I had my gallbladder operation and now with Callie's broken arm. She is going back tomorrow for a cast change (thank you to those I've had to move to later in the day) and she will have to go back at least 1 or more times so thank you in advance. No more hospital trips please!!!

Still in hospital with her so apologies to everyone I've had to cancel the rest of this week.
She will need to come back for new casts and x-rays so thank you in advance for your understanding if I have to shuffle patients around.
