Just when you think you've seen and done it all, you volunteer at a Bigmoose event. What can we say - WOW! The energy at Project 1 Million 2.0 was absolutely electric. It was a pleasure to offer our sports massage services once again. Over £250k was raised thanks to the tireless work of the cyclists, staff and volunteers - an incredible achievement. What a way to bring the year to a close 💙🧡

We have even decided to name our very own Doctor of Chiropractic Matthew as our MVP volunteer! Every single person was a vital cog in the machine, but we need to give an honourable mention to Matthew. He was such a positive ray of light to have on board and he came armed with all the advice a cyclist could need. Da iawn, Matthew!

Wow, it's hard to believe it's already been a week since the Cardiff Half Marathon - what an incredible event! 🏃‍♂️ We were so lucky to not only have runners (big shout-out to Agile Dai and Papa Agile) but also to our incredible sports massage therapists who volunteered their skills to raise money for Bigmoose 🧡

While a typical half marathon is 13.1 miles, David and Paul ended up doing 20 thanks to their legendary dance moves - that's the equivalent of 350 football pitches end-to-end! Not a single high-five was missed 🙏 We think their hands were hurting more than their legs by the time they finished 😂

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! 📣📣📣

After a 3 year hiatus, we are thrilled to tell you all that our Chiropractic services are back thanks to the newest member of our team, Matthew!

His journey into Chiropractic care began after witnessing the incredible results his mother experienced through treatment – sparking a passion that’s now become his profession.

Matthew takes a whole-person approach to health, focusing on finding and treating the root cause of pain rather than just the symptoms. He uses a wide range of techniques including Chiropractic adjustments, Sports Massage, Mobilisations, and Dry Needling – all grounded in evidence-based practice.

Having trained at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, Matthew has experience working with people of all ages, treating both acute and chronic conditions with a kind, compassionate, and tailored approach.

Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find him riding his motorcycle, staying active in his home gym, or spending time with his family (including two cats and a tortoise 🐢🐱).

We’re so excited to have him on board – please join us in giving Matthew a warm welcome!

Our lovely receptionist, Kasia, is off on maternity leave from mid-December. We are on the lookout for someone to temporarily fill her shoes while she's away.

The ideal candidate would be covering Thursdays and Fridays, assisting with day-to-day administrative work and using their creative flair to help with marketing. Commencement date in January 2026.

Agile Dai is back! He's going to be running Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 5th October for a charity super close to our hearts: the amazing Bigmoose 🏃‍♂️ He'll be in disguise, but you may recognise the face running alongside him: our very own Papa Agile. You'll be sure to see a galore of high fives and those famous dance moves! 🙏🕺

Big Moose is a one-of-a-kind charity that helps people with their mental health, prevents su***de and reduces homelessness. While there is a 36 week waiting list in Wales to treat mental health, Big Moose will ensure that you are seen within a week.

We at Agile are on a mission to try and raise £500 to donate to this incredible cause. Please help us reach our goal and help Big Moose to "leave the world better than we found it."
