From 28th May 2023, our opening hours are changing. Weekday hours resume as normal, but Saturdays will close earlier as follows:

Monday to Friday: 08:45-18:15
Saturdays: 09:00 until 14:00

Please note we will also be closed on the upcoming Bank Holidays (1st May, 8th May and 29th May)

Monday 27th December: CLOSED
Tuesday 28th December: CLOSED

Saturday 1st January: CLOSED

It is important to differentiate between the 2 main types of COVID tests.

1. PCR tests, and
2. Rapid lateral flow tests (available in many community pharmacies.)

In general, the advice remains that if you have these symptoms:
- a new continuous cough
- a high temperature
- loss of or change to sense of smell or taste

You would need to self-isolate and arrange a PCR test.

The lateral flow tests that can be collected in community pharmacy and other collection points are only intended for individuals who do NOT have symptoms.

As always, the up to date guidance would be on the respective government websites and may vary slightly, so always check in on there.
