We combine mindful movement with guided myofascial release to soften tight areas, support your joints, and help your body move the way it was meant to, with ease.

Teaching on our YTT this weekend, exploring arm balances & inversions. How to teach them in a way that feels supportive & inclusive.

Not everyone fancies being upside down. Sometimes it might appear in your classes, sometimes it won’t & it may never need to, if it’s not something that brings you or your students joy.

We explored how to offer variations, options, different entry points, so each person can find their version of the practice.

Sometimes that looks like lifting both feet.
Sometimes it’s one.
Sometimes it’s staying grounded and building strength in a different way.

This is the heart of what we share at Stretchy’s, teaching that meets people where they are, & gives them choice.

Because yoga was never meant to be one-size-fits-all & it’s more than just the postures after all!
