Cardiff Ki Aikido

Cardiff Ki Aikido We practice akido for Balance, Co-ordination, Confidence and Relaxation. It is non-competitive, non-aggressive and fun.

The exercises will improve your concentration, boost your vitality help you manage stress. In the Art of Ki Aikido there is no aggression, tension or competition. Our Aikido classes in Cardiff are suitable for all levels of fitness and may be practiced equally by men and women of any size, age or ability. Ages 10 to 13 one hour from 6:45 pm £5 per class. A parent or guardian must also be present. Youth and Adult classes from 8 to 9:30pm £7.50 per class.
