Last night we welcomed a local rowing club for a private sound bath and sauna session.

The evening was deeply relaxing and nourishing.
For many, it was their first time experiencing anything like this.

I wove a guided meditation around water—inviting them to anchor into a place they know well, a place they return to often. A place to release their worries, let them drift away, and feel themselves soften.

We closed the night in the warmth of the sauna, held by the heat and the sound of the rain outside.

A beautiful evening, even with the wet weather.
