I wanted to take a moment during to tell you why this matters to me.

I did not start this charity because it was easy. I started it because I could see families struggling. I could see parents who were exhausted and unheard and young people who felt misunderstood. I knew that support needed to be built by people who understood it and had lived it.

Small charities do not have large budgets or big teams. Every donation matters and every share on social media matters.But small charities are also powerful. We know the names of the people we support. We answer the messages ourselves and we sit in rooms with families and listen properly.

Community support is what keeps us going. When someone donates five pounds or when a school invites us to an event. When a parent sends a message to say thank you and when a volunteer gives up their time. It reminds us that we are not doing this alone.

If you have supported us in any way, thank you. You are part of our success story.
