Revival is Cardiff’s first floatation therapy and relaxation centre located only a few minutes away from Cardiff Central Station. Opened in May 2019, Revival aims to provide the busy city of Cardiff with some well earned, uninterrupted peace and quiet.
Whether you’re looking for relief from built up tension in your muscles and spinal cord or a space to meditate and focus your thoughts and intentions, using the float tank is a perfect chance to switch off the distraction of everyday life and give your body a chance to rest. On a daily basis, sometimes without realising it, we are bombarded with flashing lights, colours and sounds. Floating is a chance to let your body and your brain a chance to enjoy pure nothingness. They will thank you for it. People that float generally emerge feeling relaxed, calm, focused and energised.
A floatation tank (float tank) is a dark, soundproof vessel filled with 10 inches of high density salt water that is heated to outer skin temperature (approximately 35.5 °C).
