Whether you're looking to grow your club's reach, strengthen your inclusive practice, or explore new funding opportunities, there's something here for everyone. We'd love to see you there!

Mae’r Gyfres Ddysgu wedi’i chynllunio i gefnogi clybiau a phartneriaid ar draws y sector i ddatblygu eu darpariaeth gynhwysol, ac y mis hwn mae gennym raglen wych sy’n ymdrin â rhai pynciau pwysig iawn:

Bydd pob sesiwn yn rhad ac am ddim ac yn cael ei chynnal ar-lein. Gweler y poster sydd ynghlwm am fanylion llawn ynghylch sut i gofrestru.P’un a ydych yn awyddus i ehangu cyrhaeddiad eich clwb, cryfhau eich arferion cynhwysol, neu archwilio cyfleoedd cyllido newydd, mae rhywbeth yma i bawb. Today we celebrate International Women’s Day – an opportunity to recognise the achievements, leadership and impact of women from Wales on the World stage and in communities across Wales.

International Women’s Day is also a reminder that progress happens through continued conversation, opportunity and support. By creating inclusive programmes, championing diverse voices and supporting the next generation of athletes, participants, coaches, and individuals.

Heddiw rydym yn dathlu Diwrnod Rhyngwladol y Menywod – cyfle i gydnabod cyflawniadau, arweinyddiaeth ac effaith menywod o Gymru ar lwyfan y Byd ac mewn cymunedau ledled Cymru.

Mae Diwrnod Rhyngwladol y Menywod hefyd yn ein hatgoffa bod cynnydd yn digwydd trwy sgwrs, cyfle a chefnogaeth barhaus. Trwy greu rhaglenni cynhwysol, hyrwyddo lleisiau amrywiol a chefnogi'r genhedlaeth nesaf o athletwyr, cyfranogwyr, hyfforddwyr ac unigolion.

Here are messages from Paralympian Gemma Collis and GB Deaf Football Player Mandy Troddyn.

🏀🔥 PLAYER OF THE WEEK 🔥🏀

A huge congratulations to #13 James Hall-Jones on being named this week’s Player of the Week for the Rhyl Raptors!

James put in a standout performance, showing composure on the ball, great court awareness, and relentless work rate from start to finish. His determination in both offence and defence made a real difference and set the tone for the team throughout the game.

Leading by example and stepping up when it mattered most – fully deserved recognition 👏

Keep pushing, James! 💪🦖
