Last minute shout out! Ill be at Dan-y-bryn for there summer fete doing little tasters of all my treatments, if you’ve never treated hand reflexology before heres your chance! All proceeds going to Dan-y-bryn.

So I’ve almost finished my reflexology course. I think i need about 19/15 lucky people to come for half hr treatments, 15 min on each foot.

Im off on my jollies till the 23rd. So I may not respond to emails as quickly as usual (not quite what/if any Wi-Fi will be like ) but I will not be checking daily.

Hi everyone long time no post! Ive been taking an extended break from social media and will continue to do so but will pop back on now and then with bits of news.
While I’m doing my reflexology course any treatment you book with my you will get a free 20 minute mini treatment. This is mainly so I can get some extra practice in.
Further down the line I will need a couple of people to do case studies on and these will come from existing clients. Cant wait to pass on this amazing treatment to you all.

All set up and waiting to give advice and treatments today at cardiff city stadium. I’ve seen the pitch for the first time! 😂
Some interesting informative stalls here from dealing with bereavement to your iron intake pre to pregnancy and while pregnant.
I will be offering hand and lower arm massages, chakra balancing, and reiki treatments.
Anyone coming?

One more day till I am treating all you lovely midwives and student midwives and any of the lucky delegates that get time out of their busy day to get chance to try some Reiki, chakra balancing and realignment, i cant wait!

This is my chakra chart and my tigers eye pendulum, I also have a pink quartz pendulum and the point has broken off it as well Im not sure if that means anything 🧐
Anyhow I will be using this to discover which chakras are out of balance on Tuesday at .
Its a great little tool, also great for distant work

On the day I will be offering Reiki taster sessions, chakra balancing and chakra deviation.
I think there are still tickets available through Maternity & Midwifery Forum]. The day is totally free so if you are a midwife or know someone who is let them know about this informative and nourishing day totally devoted to them 🙏🏻

Today I start a reflexology course!!! Im so excited I’ve wanted to incorporate this treatment into portfolio for such a long time but it’s been out of my reach for my reasons.

When I was young I used to worry about other people not liking me.

Years later my first therapist Joyce, (I’ll never forget her she changed my life) asked me,

“Barb, do you like everyone?” I said no. She replied, “Then why are you worried about everyone liking you? That’s impossible!”

It was the biggest freedom to finally understand that there’s nothing wrong with you just because someone doesn’t like you.

Trying to make everyone happy is impossible. What really matters is whether or not you like yourself.

Focus your energy there, and never apologize for being you. ☕️
