Do you want more energy, to feel more relaxed, less tired, happier or generally tone up? It's not about achieving the perfect posture or being super bendy, it's about discovering what brings us true vitality. As a qualified nutritional adviser I also offer naturopathic nutrition consultations to improve health. Through this holistic approach, advice is given on diet, focusing on food as a medicine, to encourage the body's natural healing process and achieve optimal health. Winter naturally slows us down - lower light, colder days, tired nervous systems.

This 4-week candlelit course supports your winter wellbeing with:

• restorative yoga

• gentle floor-based stretches

• calming breathwork

We finish each evening with homemade water kefir + raw chocolate.

Some days, staying positive just feels impossible - and that’s often when yoga helps the most.

Positivity can lift us for a moment,
but compassion holds us when we can’t lift ourselves.

That’s the deeper teaching I keep finding through yoga.

The Bhagavad Gītā speaks of clear intelligence - the ability to see things as they truly are, not only as we wish them to be.

That kind of clarity grows through practice - each time we step onto the mat, we strengthen the part of the mind that helps us stay steady through life’s ups and downs.

Yoga isn’t about forcing positivity.

It’s about meeting ourselves honestly, with awareness and gentleness - so we can stay steady even when life feels heavy.

This month I’m raising funds for Mind, because we all deserve spaces where honesty and kindness matter as much as hope. 💙

Join me on Monday 10 November for a Guided Relaxation & Gong Bath - a chance to pause, breathe, and let the sound of the gongs gently unwind body and mind.
