Thank you for a fabulous 2025. As always, it is a pleasure to serve our local community of South Wales. We very much look forward to looking after all your hearing healthcare needs in 2026 and beyond. We put our ear tools down today, returning in January. Clinicians will be unavailable until then but our fabulous telephone elves will be taking calls Monday-Friday 8:30am-6pm (except bank holidays) to get you booked in for next year. 🎄✨ Have some festive chEAR ✨👂

Did you know Christmas dinner can be as loud as a vacuum cleaner? All that laughter, music and clinking plates hits 70–80 decibels - cozy but noisy!

Jingle bells ring at 60–70 dB keeping them merry but not too bright for little ears.

Most hearing aids can now have a “party mode” to help focus on chats in busy festive crowds - Father Christmas should take note! Cardiff Hearing can hook you up for next year.

Fun fact - babies in the womb can hear from 18 weeks and so yes, they’re already enjoying your carol singing!
