Our owner, Sonja, will be talking on the day and there will be plenty of fabulous speakers and stalls to check out.

Our free Tinnitus Information Day is taking place in Cardiff on 4 July.

NOT AN APRIL FOOL! Many of our existing clients have been wondering where our online booking had vanished to.

We had been testing a new system but it wasn’t quite ready; so we’ve reinstated what you all know and love until we’re good to go with the new one.

Breaking news: Scientists have discovered a new condition called ‘Selective Hearing Pro Max’; the condition automatically filters out chores, instructions, and anything starting with ‘Can you just…?’

Yesterday I fitted hearing technology for a patient, and afterwards we went for a walk together. It was one of those beautiful, still days; the kind that invites you to slow down… but she couldn’t.

I could see she was on high alert. Taking everything in, but not really experiencing it.

So I gently said, “Let’s stop. Just for a moment. Be still. Breathe… and simply listen.”

She paused. She stood quietly.
I asked her, “What can you hear?”
She looked out at the river… and then her face changed.
“The river… the river. I can’t believe I can hear the river. I haven’t heard sounds like this for years.”

It was such a powerful reminder.
Whether you’re adjusting to new hearing technology, feeling on edge after a difficult week, or just overwhelmed by life…
The simplest reset is something we all have access to:

Stop.
Breathe.
Be still.
Listen.

Sometimes, our needs and our calm is mangled into noise or maybe it feels too quiet. But it’s all there, we’ve just forgotten how to listen for it.
