Has Harry Styles had a hair transplant?
A topic that's followed him for years and a debate that will likely long continue.
In earlier photos, his hairline showed thinning and recession at the temples but after shaving his head in 2023, it became more obvious to the naked eye.
Taking a closer look at more recent photos, his hair looks fuller through the front, with signs of restoration. It follows the same natural outline as before, just with more density behind it.
That kind of change could point to a hair transplant but could also be down to non-surgical treatments such as PRP, medication such as DHT-blockers or Minoxidil or even great. styling
Whilst there’s no confirmation either way, we can't deny that he has a great head of hair that many of us could only dream of.

Hairline design is one of the most parts of a hair transplant that determines what the hairline will look like and most importantly, provides a “map” for surgeons during surgery.
Steven worked closely with Dr Shah to create the right hairline for him, carefully considering his facial features now and how the overall look will age with time.
Now that the transplanted hair has shedded, we can see the new hair coming though, and it looks absolutely great!
