If anyone wants to support Knighton St John Division this weekend by purchasing a lovely sweet treat, please pay a little visit to Charls cake shed.
The Division was founded in April 2024 following a very generous donation from the Knighton Hospital League of Friends.
Since the launch of the division, Knighton St John have:
- responded to a considerable amount of 999 calls for the Ambulance Service in the local Community
- provided first aid medical cover for several local events
- provided free life saving training sessions to the public in the local community
- the Division has progressed to having 3 active responders in the division with 5 more currently undertaking training
Knighton division is ever developing and growing from strength to strength, as a charitable organisation we rely on the support and donations of our community to ensure we can continue to provide the services that we do.
The donations we receive allow us to purchase lifesaving equipment when required, help us purchase modern training equipment to ensure we deliver exceptional training and help with day to day costs that arise as a division.
As a division we truly appreciate the generosity and support that we receive from this fantastic little community! 💚
The countdown is on! 🧁
This weekend I am raising money for Knighton St John Ambulance 🚑
Knighton Division was set up by my partner Sean back at the early start of 2024. He reached out to Knighton League of Friends who have supported this charity since day one and generously donated to the division. Without this donation, we wouldn’t have the responder vehicle and the life saving equipment that came with it, therefore we are extremely grateful to Knighton League of Friends. Sean responds to 999 calls in our local community and dedicates his spare time to help those in need. Since the division opened, he has worked so hard to get to where we are now. I am very grateful to have such a great service in our little town. Thank you Sean.
If you would like to support Knighton St John Ambulance, the cake shed will be open Saturday & Sunday 9am till 7.30pm.
If you are unable to come down to the cake shed this weekend to help support St John, here’s the just giving link you can donate on. Any donations are welcome and truly appreciated.
