Happy New year! Classes recommencing -

I was in survival mode - after leaving our old studio and the changing of venues and juggling of classes to save Seren Yoga, I felt quite drained and uncertain I guess.

Rocket tomorrow is being taught by Roanne and will be a Fiery Rocket -

Hi all, just to let you know that Roanne is teaching tomorrow’s Sunday morning class. It will be a Fiery Vinyasa instead of Rocket.

Current timetable and a few changes -

Here is our current timetable. Please note there are some alterations to class times, namely Ming’s Dynamic Yoga on Tuesday evening, this now starts earlier and is only 75 minutes long, plus Bethan’s class on Thursday is now only 60 minutes.
