Sooon! People's favourite time of year at Corbin chiro when the Elf on the Shelf Anatomy Edition kicks off ❤️. Just remember to be kind, it is just a game after all 😜. I won't tolerate cursing, threats or Christmas scrooges after last year (and the other years) 🤣. I have made them ALL really easy for 2025 its been a tough year for many.

Whole-wheat tortilla filled with:

2 medium eggs mashed with a flat teaspoon of light mayo, mustard, paprika, celtic salt & pepper

Its incredible how many beautiful ways the human body can move. We can walk, run, jump, skip, dance 🕺, somersault, flips, jig and jive. Sadly we can sometimes lose the most basic of movements like bending forward. When that happens things can get tight and sometimes a lack of movement can be one of the many causes of pain.

My treatment is to get people moving better. This mobilisation is great for loosening the spine, muscles and surrounding structures.

Its gentle, yet effective, and it feels good!
