Hypermobility isn’t just being “bendy” 👀

For some people, it comes with a whole mix of symptoms that don’t seem connected…

Common:

– Joints moving too far
– Pain, clicking, instability
– Repeated sprains or even dislocations
– Fatigue

The ones people don’t expect:

– Feeling tight (not loose)
– Poor balance / coordination
– Headaches / neck pain
– Flat feet
