The holidays often come with a side of "fitness guilt," but here are the facts:

A handful of rest days and some big dinners at Christmas will not undo months of progress. Just like how we don't see physical changes after only one gym session, your fitness will not disappear after a few festive treats.

The stress of trying to stay "perfect" during Christmas is often more taxing on your body than the extra dessert. Enjoy the moment, then return to your habits when the festivities are over. Happy Holidays everyone!
