Well… remember our last post about self-love?
Apparently someone misunderstood the assignment.

To whoever broke in again — the second attempt in the last 8 months… we specialise in repairing skin barriers, not personal ones. ☠️👀

This space was built with love, intention, and a lot of late nights. It’s more than products, machines and treatments — it’s where confidence is rebuilt every single day.

But here’s the beautiful part…

Today the most incredible and lovely man , Arwel who I’ve never met, from our local community selflessly gave up his Sunday morning to help me secure the door. No fuss, just pure kindness.

To me, that right there, is what matters.

For every act of damage, there’s been ten acts of support and kindness. Messages, check-ins, offers of help and real, practical kindness when it’s needed most.

We’ll tidy up again and we’ll rebuild stronger than ever.
Because resilience is the ultimate glow-up ✨

Supporting small businesses isn’t just about appointments.. it’s about keeping spaces like this alive and sharing the love.

Nadolig Llawen / Merry Christmas to all my beautiful clients — existing, new, and those who’ve become so much more than just clients 🤍

Here are a few behind-the-scenes moments from this crazy month and the lead-up to Christmas.

Looking back, 2025 has been full-on to say the least. A year of growth, glow-ups, and plot twists I never saw coming. From break-ups, break-ins, and big breakthroughs- I really have seen it all this year ♥️😅

Who knew that stepping into the uncomfortable and the uncertain and trusting the process is where all the magic happens — the magic that was within you all along ✨⭐️

This year pushed me, tested me, and reshaped me in the best way, and I can honestly say I feel unrecognisable from the woman who started the year.

Stronger, resilient, and more driven than ever, I’m beyond grateful for my incredible friends, family, and the amazing community of like-minded wellness girlies I have finally found 🥰🥹.

Your support has meant everything to me, and I feel so lucky heading into 2026 surrounded by so much love and good energy and peace.

After just one treatment of our Signature Canna Facial + Microneedling, you can already visibly see the difference in the texture, tone and clarity of my clients skin as well as a healthy glow- only 6 weeks later ✨

This comprehensive treatment included LED therapy, custom multi layered skin resurfacing, Microneedling and a soothing calming mask to calm inflammation, target breakouts, post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, stimulate collagen and elastin to repair and regenerate the skin and improve skin texture and tone.

August 2025 recap.. what a beauty.. a special one to remember ☀️🌊

The summer I recharged, rested and reset ✨🌙

1. Sauna and a view
2. Three sisters, two nieces and the best Brother in Law post sauna and dip in the sea.
3. Hiraeth. (Nostalgia) for living and swimming in this sea every summer of my childhood. Awaking the innocence of my inner child.
4/5/6. Loved hosting wholesome BBQ’s for the whole family at my parents house up North. There’s 4 sisters and 4 nieces and we live 4 hours away from each other so we rarely get to spend time where we are all together in one place. ♥️
7. Dads famous fire and wine set up with plenty of dad jokes on our behalf 🙈😅
8. Aunties reunited with our minis!!! 💕💕
9/10. Getting some much needed Vitamin D with my twin.
11/12/13 Coffee, cake and ice cream filled dog walks at Abersoch- the best as usual!!!
14. Evening pizza and cider date with sis in the sun
15/16. Pick your own flower date with El and bug hunt for the kids - 10/10 recommend (no bugs were caught! 😂)
17/18. New home, fresh flowers and started baking again- Chocolate fondants!! Incredible 🤤♥️
19/20. My gorgeous Nain and taid are in their 80s and bless them came down on the train from North Wales to visit me at the clinic for the first time. They loved it and were so proud of what I’ve created here at the clinic. Was a very emotional visit to say the least 🥹💕✨
