Happy International Women’s Day ✨

Today we celebrate women everywhere. Women on their own journeys, walking different paths, building different lives, yet connected by something powerful: the pride of being a woman and the strength we find in empowering one another.

There is something incredibly special about women supporting women. The quiet encouragement, the loud celebrations, the shared understanding, and the way we lift each other higher.

For me, today is also a moment of deep gratitude for the incredible women in my life who have helped shape the woman I am today.

The ones who have stood beside me through every transition in my life and career. Who held me up when life happened or when things didn’t go to plan. Who reminded me of my strength when I forgot it, and who cheered me forward, believed in my vision and sometimes gently guiding me back onto the path when I needed it most.

To those women, and to women everywhere…

Today I’m feeling especially proud of my Welsh roots. To live and work in Pontcanna, surrounded by incredible independent Welsh businesses, and to speak Welsh every single day — I feel so lucky and so grateful.

Being a Welsh businesswoman means so much to me. Not just in the clinic, but in who I am beyond it too, as a sister, auntie, daughter, granddaughter and friend.

Healing skin isn’t just about treatments and skincare ✨
This incredible 8-month transformation is proof that true skin healing goes far beyond the surface.

8 months ago, my clients skin was inflamed, reactive and acne-prone. But the real root cause? A dysregulated nervous system, high stress levels, and chronic lack of sleep quietly wreaking havoc beneath the surface.

We didn’t just treat her skin.

Healthy skin shouldn’t be complicated, it should be intentional.

I see so many people that arrive in clinic overwhelmed by routines that are too long, too aggressive, and completely non-personalised for their skin’s needs.

You don’t need more steps.
You need the right ones and consistency.

In-clinic treatments create change however your home care maintains and accelerates it.
One without the other will always limit your results.

Another aspect I care deeply about in my approach is learning how to slow down and regulate your nervous system for lasting skin health. This is more than just skin care, it’s understanding what is at the root cause of your reactive, inflamed skin. At the very least an unregulated nervous system can look like rushing around, stressing your skin, and constantly switching products and therefore keep your skin in a reactive and inflamed state.

When you slow down, create your own personalised ritual that supports you, and your skin barrier, your skin begins to function properly and optimally again.

Sometimes healing isn’t about adding more.
It’s about simplifying and regulating. A lot of times in clinic we have to strip it all back and go cold turkey with skin care and products to move forward and build a routine back up slowly.

Today was my beautiful client’s final session in her journey treating Rosacea and Poikiloderma of Civatte🤍

As you can see, what a transformation, not just visibly in her skin, but also in her confidence and glow from within.

Well… remember our last post about self-love?
Apparently someone misunderstood the assignment.

To whoever broke in again — the second attempt in the last 8 months… we specialise in repairing skin barriers, not personal ones. ☠️👀

This space was built with love, intention, and a lot of late nights. It’s more than products, machines and treatments — it’s where confidence is rebuilt every single day.

But here’s the beautiful part…

Today the most incredible and lovely man , Arwel who I’ve never met, from our local community selflessly gave up his Sunday morning to help me secure the door. No fuss, just pure kindness.

To me, that right there, is what matters.

For every act of damage, there’s been ten acts of support and kindness. Messages, check-ins, offers of help and real, practical kindness when it’s needed most.

We’ll tidy up again and we’ll rebuild stronger than ever.
Because resilience is the ultimate glow-up ✨

Here are a few behind-the-scenes moments from this crazy month and the lead-up to Christmas.

Looking back, 2025 has been full-on to say the least. A year of growth, glow-ups, and plot twists I never saw coming. From break-ups, break-ins, and big breakthroughs- I really have seen it all this year ♥️😅

Who knew that stepping into the uncomfortable and the uncertain and trusting the process is where all the magic happens — the magic that was within you all along ✨⭐️

After just one treatment of our Signature Canna Facial + Microneedling, you can already visibly see the difference in the texture, tone and clarity of my clients skin as well as a healthy glow- only 6 weeks later ✨
