We provide high quality, individual service that we are very proud of.

Haven Care Cardiff is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, which was established on the foundations of Haven Trust. Haven Trust had a long history of providing support to older people in the community of north Cardiff, and Haven Care Cardiff continues this mission. Haven Care Cardiff specialises in supporting adults with various health and well-being needs to live independently at home. The services we provide include:
• Help with personal care
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with medication
• Light housework
• Companionship
• Assistance to appointments
• Shopping
• Respite care

Haven Care Cardiff has a board of Trustees and a management team, responsible for the day-to day running of the Organisation. The dedicated support team receive ongoing training and supervision to deliver high-quality care to the clients. Have Care Cardiff is a non-for-profit organisation registered with Care Inspectorate Wales.

We also want to give a special thank you to the amazing members of our care team who are mums themselves. Balancing family life while dedicating their time and compassion to caring for others truly shows the heart of what care is all about. Your commitment, patience, and kindness make a real difference in the lives of the people we support.

Mother’s Day is a special moment to recognise the care and compassion that mothers show throughout their lives — often putting others first and shaping the lives of those around them.

To all the amazing mums, grandmothers, carers, and mother figures: thank you for everything you do. Your love makes the world a brighter place.

There’s nothing better than enjoying a bit of sunshine and fresh air. 🌞🌱

During one of our recent visits, our client spent some lovely time in the garden doing a little planting and enjoying the sunshine.

Moments like these are so important. Gardening can be a wonderful way to relax, stay active, and enjoy the outdoors — and it’s always a pleasure for our care team to support the people we care for in doing the things they love.

At Haven Care Cardiff, we believe care is about more than just support with daily tasks. It’s about helping people continue to enjoy their hobbies, maintain their independence, and make the most of each day.

Today is an incredibly emotional day for all of us at Have Care Cardiff, as we say goodbye to someone truly special.

After nearly 15 years of dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment, today marks Janet’s last day with us. Janet has been an absolute pillar of our caring family, touching countless lives with her kindness, professionalism, and genuine heart for care. Her contribution over the years has helped shape who we are as an agency, and for that we will be forever grateful.

As if that wasn’t special enough, today is also Janet’s birthday 🎂🎈 making this farewell even more meaningful.
Janet, thank you for everything you have given to our service, our clients, and your colleagues. You will be deeply missed, but we wish you nothing but happiness, good health, and exciting new adventures in the next chapter of your life.

🎄 Christmas Client Gathering – What a Wonderful Day! 🎄

On the 4th December, we had the pleasure of hosting our annual Christmas gathering for our clients, and it was truly a festive and memorable afternoon!

From getting creative with Christmas decoration making, to enjoying a delicious lunch together, and ending the day with a fantastic live band leading us in carol singing — the event was filled with joy, laughter, and plenty of Christmas spirit. 🎶✨
