A huge thank you to Selma at Blossom Cafe on Wellfield road for collaborating with me. Thursday December 4th, 2-4pm, you can turn up for a FREE Kinesiology taster session. Come along and see how Kinesiology could help you. I will start with a little demo and then spend the two hours giving taster sessions. All you have to do is just turn up. The cafe is open as usual so food and refreshments will also be available. XMAS offers available on the day. Pop the date in your diary!

Thanks to Louise for taking these photos. I’m so bad I rarely think to do so and these are a lovely memory. We had a Guru Dakshina pre-empting Guru Purnima which is tomorrow. It is a time of reflection and acknowledging and expressing gratitude especially to those who have imparted their wisdom and helped us learn so that we can grow and share. We had an extra special treat during our celebration and that was from the one person who was missing from the photo. Helen is with the Welsh National Opera and she sang for us which was the most incredible experience. Being so up close to such an incredible powerful voice in a small place was such a privilege 🙏🏻
