Today we had the pleasure of training Seren for her second PT session and wow, what an amazing display of grit and determination! 💪

Despite being only on Day 3 of her journey, Seren gave it EVERYTHING she had - and then some! She pushed through an outdoor bodyweight training session in the rain without hesitation. ☔ No complaints, no slowing down - just pure focus and strength. 🔥

Her hard work today speaks volumes about her commitment to herself and her goals. This kind of determination is what it’s all about. 👏
