I am a well established therapist specialising in Reflexology; Reiki (Master Teacher-classes offered); Thought Field Therapy; Lifecoaching; NLP; Aromatherapy; Deep tissue massage; Sound therapy and other therapies. I have a wide range of clinical experience (working from Velindre cancer centre since 2003); Mental Health; M.S; Maternity/Infertility; Endometriosis and many more conditions. I have a wealth of experience treating patients one to one; in a clinical setting; mobile; West end theatre & local television productions, on-site therapies for businesses and regularly provide lectures on the benefits of therapies in both educational and clinical settings. As a lecturer of therapies I continue to teach Reiki as a private teaching school but also teach others how to become trainers within their industry

As a complementary therapist in the clinical and private setting I passionately believe that people should be able to access the highest quality therapies, whether it be for phobias/anxiety (Thought Field Therapy) or emotional imbalance (Reiki/Sound therapy) or physical (Reflexology/Massage). Prior to being a fully qualified therapist I sought help in the areas of both physical and emotional wellbeing, but found many therapists had very limited clinical knowledge or had completed short courses before setting up business. This is why I have made it my mission to continually update and improve my qualifications as a therapist, and also teach future therapists/trainers how to be the best they can be. I am passionate about helping people to gain a sense of peace and balance within their hectic lives whilst benefitting from the numerous health benefits of receiving therapies. As a therapist and teacher I run yearly retreats in St Davids/West Wales and Reiki courses throughout the year.
