Subtle structure. Natural refresh.

This patient presented with concerns of a visible orbital rim (the outer part of the eye, at the top of the cheek) which she felt created a more hollowed, “skeletal” appearance around the eyes.

Using a carefully selected, specialist filler, we treated the lateral orbital area to restore gentle support and soften the transition between the eye and cheek. Not only can yoy see the immediate improvement in contour and light reflection, creating a fresher, more rested appearance—while still looking completely natural - but she also looks more 'awake'.

An added (but not guaranteed) benefit in this case was a slight improvement in the outer upper eyelid, due to subtle support at the edge of the orbit.

These treatments require:

This is not a treatment for inexperienced practitioners and should only be carried out in a medical setting by a highly trained medical professional. This patient came to us for lip filler, having had treatment elsewhere a few years ago. She brought in an inspiration photo from another one of our patients she had seen on our page — and while we never promise to replicate someone else’s lips, we do promise to work with your unique anatomy to create the most flattering result for you.

In this case, our focus was on rebalancing and centralising the lips, enhancing the cupid’s bow and creating a soft, natural “love heart” shape 💋

Minor swelling at the insertion point will settle — this is honest, unedited, immediate post-treatment.

Only around 1 in 10 people are genuinely suitable for tear trough filler. We use Teosyal Redensity I — a product specifically engineered and licensed for this area. Not a standard filler. Not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Thin “M-Shaped” Lips — One of the Most Challenging Lip Types to Treat

Not all lips are suited to simple volume.

This patient has thin, inverted “M-shaped” lips, where the centre of the lip sits lower than the sides and the natural lip border lacks support. This anatomy often makes the lips appear flatter, with less visible lip surface.

In these cases, adding volume alone is the wrong approach.

Without structure, filler can easily migrate, sit heavily, or create an unnatural “shelf” effect. The key is to rebuild the framework of the lip first.
