Minor swelling at the insertion point will settle — this is honest, unedited, immediate post-treatment.

Only around 1 in 10 people are genuinely suitable for tear trough filler. We use Teosyal Redensity I — a product specifically engineered and licensed for this area. Not a standard filler. Not a one-size-fits-all approach.

When tear troughs go wrong it’s almost always wrong product, wrong patient, wrong placement (dare we say, wrong practitioner?!?) We’ve been doing this for over a decade and that experience makes us more selective, not less.

The under-eye is complex. Some need volume, some need collagen, some need brightness, some need all of the above.

Our bespoke toolkit includes tear trough filler, bio filler, Juvelook, polynucleotides and Sunekos — whatever your eyes actually need.

What we don’t offer here: PCL under the eye. Currently viral on TikTok. It’s irreversible, there’s no dissolving agent if things go wrong, and the under-eye is the worst possible place for that risk. Trending doesn’t mean safe. 🖤

Thin “M-Shaped” Lips — One of the Most Challenging Lip Types to Treat

Not all lips are suited to simple volume.

This patient has thin, inverted “M-shaped” lips, where the centre of the lip sits lower than the sides and the natural lip border lacks support. This anatomy often makes the lips appear flatter, with less visible lip surface.

In these cases, adding volume alone is the wrong approach.

Without structure, filler can easily migrate, sit heavily, or create an unnatural “shelf” effect. The key is to rebuild the framework of the lip first.

We use only MHRA licensed botulinum toxin. In the UK there are currently six licensed formulations for cosmetic use: Botox® (Allergan), Azzalure® (Galderma), Bocouture® (Merz), Alluzience® (Galderma/Ipsen), Nuceiva® (Evolus) and Letybo® (Croma-Pharma).

Also worth knowing — Dysport® and Xeomin® hold MHRA licences but for medical conditions only, NOT cosmetic use.

⚠️ What we are seeing come through our doors right now is genuinely alarming.

Products including Botulax, Rentox, Hutox, Meditoxin, Relatox, Regenox and Zentox are NOT licensed by the MHRA — not for cosmetic use, not for any use in the UK whatsoever. They are illegal.

We are regularly managing complications from these products — unpredictable spread, prolonged adverse effects, resistance to future treatments and serious harm that is extremely difficult to correct.

This is not scaremongering — this is happening.
Botulinum toxin has been a Prescription Only Medicine since 2012. If your practitioner isn’t a prescriber — or isn’t working directly under one, and you see them IN PERSON — your treatment was illegal. Full stop.

Fresh from the clinic today — and this is everything we stand for.

Our lovely client had never had filler before. She wanted one thing — a natural lift to her mid-cheek. That’s exactly what she got. Precise placement of a single ml, right where her face needed it most. And to clarify - that is one ml total. Half a ml in each cheek.

No filters. No makeup. No clever angles. Same lighting, same position, same everything. What you see is exactly what was achieved. If we can’t stand behind an honest photo, we shouldn’t be posting it.

Look at what that single ml has done — the mid-cheek lifted and restored, the nasolabial folds softened naturally without any filler even being placed there, the under-eye groove improved through structural support from above. She looks like herself. Just refreshed, rested, and lifted.

Filler has had a rough time lately — and some of that is deserved. But filler is not the problem. Overuse is the problem. Undertrained hands are the problem.
