We would like to remind everyone that we operate as a by-appointment-only service.
While our clinic may appear open, our clinicians are often out conducting mobile appointments.

👉 Our current booking availability is always displayed on our website, or you’re welcome to give us a call during business hours.

Please respect our 24-hour phone line.
This line is strictly for emergency advice only. Calling between 11pm and 7am for administrative matters or appointment discussions is not acceptable and does not respect our clinicians’ work–life balance.

This week alone, we experienced six no-shows. Unfortunately, this has a significant impact on our small business and prevents other clients from accessing care.

A reminder of our booking policy :

• Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment, or attempts to reschedule within this timeframe, will result in the full appointment fee being charged.

While we have not previously required deposits or card details, continued no-shows may force us to introduce these measures to protect our business.

We truly appreciate the support, understanding, and respect of our clients. These policies allow us to continue providing high-quality care to everyone who needs us.
