What a fantastic day at the NHS Wales Awards 2025, yesterday! 🎉

🏅 NHS Wales Whole Systems Approach Award
Swansea Bay NHS for reducing harm by empowering domiciliary and care home staff.

🏅 NHS Wales Workforce Sustainability Award
Cardiff and Vale University Health Board for the project: Collaborative Insights for Sustainable Staffing Solutions.

🏆 Finally, the Outstanding Contribution to Healthcare Improvement Award has been presented to the NHS Wales Team Culture Award winning team for their work to reduce unwarranted variation in evidence-based perinatal care across Wales.
