& first international keynote Done ✅

What a month this last week has been. I can't even begin to express how much fun I've had and how welcoming the whole Aus pelvic health crowd has been. I've been thoroughly looked after, and haven't laughed this much in months. And what a party to go out with!

Thank you to everyone who came to the Pain society workshop & were so engaged and enthusiastic. I wish I could have done another!

And everyone who came to my (not a TED) talk and chatted to me afterwards - thank you!  I really loved speaking to each and every one of you and having our work so embraced. Seeing the research driven work across the whole of physio here has been thoroughly inspiring. Spending time with some utter legends has filled my soul!

It was just lovely to spend time with , we missed you. Thanks for looking after me , , , .

Best stand up routine/evidence translation of the week goes to - thanks for all the laughs and precision chat.

And .chalmers I've had an absolute blast with you, so glad We've got another week to hang out and change the world of pelvic pain. Absolute rockstar.

I'm very excited to have been invited to APASC25 in Adelaide next week to share our Pelvic pain research.

On Wednesday I'm running a workshop with the Australian Physiotherapy Pain Group looking at the Biopsychosocial approach to pain assessment/treatment, and whether we've oversimplified it. Come prepared for some challenging discussions!

On Saturday I'll be rounding off the week discussing whether we can translate ideas around sensorimotor distortion (and treatments that are based on it, like GMI) into pelvic pain, based on our research (that I may have finished analysing yesterday, ish...).

Also looking forward to seeing as many of the original FrePAQ team from Curtin Uni as I can. Come say hello if you're there!
