Power of polynucleotides!✨🐟

Commonly misconceived as a "salmon s***m facial" it's actually the protein gained from salmon/trout DNA that promotes cell turnover over that helps tighten skin, brighten skin, heal scarring, help promote hair growth, and in this case reduce the appearance of dark circles!💉

First of two new treatments about to be launched!😍
Dermaplaning is a lovely, gentle treatment where the top layer of dead skin cells and the "peach fuzz" is gently scraped off the skin. This gives the skin a more radiant appearance, helps get rid of the stubborn dry skin and allows better absorption of products placed on the skin!🧴

This patient (aka my long suffering husband) today wanted a little pre-christmas glow up so we did a hyauloronic acid skin booster treatment to improve skin quality, complexion and glow!✨
Using 10 bioaesthetic points across the face the product is injected superficially, with the bumps disappearing within 24-48 hours, spreads under the skin to provide hydration and collagen boosting properties!😍

This lovely patient was concerned about volume loss, particularly affecting her lower face!
We opted for the 2ml package to start combining hard filler to the cheeks and jaw as well as a softer filler to the nasolabial folds and marionette lines subtly softening the creases!✨
We discussed future options for skin quality and more filler if needed going forward too, likely opting for a course of skin boosters to improve skin quality!

So I realised I never actually formally introduced myself, or how I got here so thought I would today!
So hi! I'm Liam, the doctor behind Dr Liam Aesthetics!👨🏻‍⚕️

I graduated from the University of Bristol Medical School in 2020 then for 4 years worked around many medical and surgical departments within Cardiff and the surrounding areas, whilst also completing my Masters in Medical Law!🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿⚖️
I always had an interest in other ways to use my degree and wanted to explore, hence looking to aesthetics!💉

In 2024 I took the leap and took a role as an aesthetic doctor with Europe's leading aesthetic company, flew to Berlin, and completed my advanced aesthetic training!🇩🇪
I then worked for a year between 2 busy central London clinics for the company, honing my skills, even being featured in their promo campaigns for my work!💉✨

This year however, I wanted to come home, back to Wales, and started my own business !
I've made sure to keep the same ethos as the previous company I worked for: high level aesthetic treatments, high quality, affordable products, and treatments delivered by medical professionals only!👨🏻‍⚕️

First times a charm✨
This lovely patient was concerned that as she aged her lip volume had decreased and wanted to get volume back to her upper lip! She was however naturally apprehensive as it was her first time having any aesthetic enhancements done!
Today we focused on a natural enhancement of her upper lip using filler and the results have come out incredible! Both she and I are so happy with this result to give a natural enhancement back!👄😍
