A little update from BOD Studios, as we’ve been quiet!

BOD Studios is still very much happening.
We’ve just had a short delay while final details of the lease are being wrapped up (the glamorous behind-the-scenes stuff no one puts on Instagram 😅).

Opening a space properly matters to us. We want to do this right, safely, thoughtfully, and with the long-term in mind – so we’re taking the time needed rather than rushing the finish line.

Thank you so much for your patience, encouragement, and messages of support. We feel it, and it means the world.

We’ve been a little quiet… but for good reason!

If you’ve been wondering why things have gone a bit hush on our feed lately — it’s because we’ve been working behind the scenes on something BIG.

Like many new adventures, our journey to bring BOD Studios to life has had a tiny plot twist — a short delay in finalising our lease. It’s all part of the process (and totally worth the wait!).

We’re so close now, and we can’t wait to open our doors and welcome you into our new home for Reformer Pilates, Physiotherapy and yoga right here in Whitchurch Village.

Thank you for your patience, excitement and all the lovely messages — it means the world. The calm before the (very positive) storm 💪

I want to remove the stigma that “Pilates is just for women”.

With over 20 years of Pilates teaching and 15 years as a physiotherapist, Paul isn’t just an instructor — he’s a mentor, educator, and firm believer that movement is medicine.

His mission? To help you discover how exercise can transform your wellbeing — and to make sure you have fun along the way!

Originally from Dublin, Paul has called Wales home for over a decade, bringing his wealth of clinical knowledge and passion for Pilates to every class at Bod Studios.

From guiding clients on their personal rehab journeys to shaping the next generation of Pilates instructors, Paul blends science with soul. His philosophy is simple:
