I like to think of myself as a positive ball of pregnancy energy, a cheerleader for my clients always here to listen and offer advice. It's easy to find negative information about pregnancy but there is so much to be excited about and thankful for, let's shout about that more!

The final few weeks of waiting can be frustrating. Make sure you have some things pto look forward to if baby hasn't arrived yet! A few of my favourites:

2. Date night 💕
3. Pregnancy Massage 💆‍♀️
4. Duvet day 🍿
5. Shopping trip (get yourself a postpartum treat)
6. Mani/Pedi 💅
7. Swimming 🏊‍♀️
8. Long walk with your favourite podcast
9. Spend a day folding all those lovely newborn outfits (you will never have time to do this again, but it's very pleasing).
10. Create your labour playlist 🎵
