It’s my final month teaching at the Yurt before it closes.

Over the next two weeks, all classes are discounted so it’s the perfect time to come along if you’ve been meaning to try a class or return of another session.

The yurt has been such a special space to teach and I’d love to see you there before it closes.

Classes on Tuesday 17th & 24th March:
5:45pm core & control £4
6:30pm mat Pilates £8

Saturday 21st:
10am Mat Pilates

Saturday 28th
10am - final Mat Pilates

If you sit at a desk all day, your spine probably isn’t moving the way it should.

Leaning / hunching forward can leave you feeling tight through the chest, rounded in the shoulders and stiff through the lower back.

Here are 3 mat based movements to reset your posture and get your spine moving again.

Roll Down - mobilised the spine & releases tension
Cat-Cow - restores movement through the back & shoulders
