We are having a number of queries about availability of Meningitis B vaccines.

Currently there is NO availability.
We do have supplies of ACWY however the current outbreak in Kent is the B strain so this vaccine does not provide protection.

The supplies have been secured by the NHS to secure the emergency clinics (in Kent) and childhood immunisation programmes.

All children under 10 should have had vaccines as part of the childhood immunisation programme.

If you feel you may have been in contact with someone with meningitis or displaying symptoms please call 111 for further guidance.

We are currently out of stock of flu vaccines at both sites.

We hope to get some more NHS vaccines next week (we will post when them come in)

However we do not anticipate getting any Private until the new year (if at all).

We have delivered 100 vaccines in the past 3 days.
Sorry for anyone who is not able to obtain.

Flu clinics start 1st October 2026 so I would advise patients to come in early for vaccines next year to avoid missing out.

Insync Pharmacy, 67 Thornhill Road, Llanishen is currently experiencing internet issues with external engineers trying to fix.

As with everything this means that we are having issues with phone lines and internal systems.

Phones will still be answered but may be busier than normal.

Our store Insync Pharmacy Thornhill, Excalibur Drive is working normally and is able to dispense any urgent prescriptions.

☀️BANK HOLIDAY REMINDER☀️

Just a reminder that there is a Bank Holiday on Monday 25th August. All of our branches will be CLOSED on this day.

However, our Excalibur Drive branch is open Saturday 9am-1pm, 2pm-7pm and Sunday 10am-1pm if you have any urgent needs.
