Injury Rehabilitation involves a comprehensive approach containing targeted interventions and exercises.

The goals of a rehabilitation program is to guide the injured tissue through the healing process, restore function and help the person return to a level of optimal function effectively and reduce the risk of re injury.

These are the 5 main phases of rehabilitation:

1. Control pain and swelling
2. Improve range of motion/flexibility
3. Improve strength & proprioception/balance training
4. Sport specific training
5. Gradual return to full activity
