Targets the deep core muscles to support the back, shoulders and pelvis. Pilates provides a positive solution to seated and desk based aches and pains.

Pilates can help manage lower back pain and may assist post natal and surgical recovery through the strengthening of deep core muscles and promoting awareness of everyday posture and alignment.

Pilates with Sarah Tagg is for everyone, no prior experience is necessary and all movements may be adapted to suit injury and joint issues.

Gentle Pilates is all about modifying traditional Pilates exercises to ensure they are suitable for back and joint pain. It’s also aimed at those with weaker core muscles who would benefit from progressive strength exercises and those at risk of prolapse.
